SciKnowFest 2026 Attracts 4,000+ Visitors, Celebrates Student Innovation

AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT | 12th APRIL 2026 — SciKnowTech Education Foundation hosted SciKnowFest 2026, its annual science and math carnival, at Gulmohar Greens Golf and Country Club, drawing a footfall of over 4,000 visitors. Mentored by scientist and educationist Dr. Megha Bhatt, the event showcased experiential learning through student-led innovation and creativity.

Students from Grades 2 to 10 presented a wide range of hands-on projects and working models. Participants from cities across India—including Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat, and Vapi—as well as from Muscat, Dubai, and Qatar, contributed to making the event a diverse platform for young learners.

Projects ranged from research-based explorations like “Why do different balls bounce differently?” and “What is really healthy in the snacks we eat? Or why we do not fall off the roller coaster and how games like snooker absolutely follow geometrical and mathematical rules” to conceptual models such as the Da Vinci Bridge and magnetism-based innovations. Interactive science games and challenge zones added to the engaging, hands-on experience.

The event was graced by distinguished guests including Dr. Rajul Gajjar, Vice Chancellor of Gujarat Technological University; writer-director Saumya Joshi; theatre artist Jigna Vyas; and astrophysicist Dr. Ekta Shah, who interacted with students and appreciated their efforts.

Astronaut Mrs. Sunita Williams appeared live from Florida, USA and addressed the huge crowd and inspired them. Also she expressed a  special mention of commendable work SciKnowTech and Dr. Megha Bhatt is doing in exposing young minds to experiential learning

The carnival also emphasized inclusivity, with participation from students of public and municipal schools, supported by partner institutions and NGOs.

Another major highlight of SciKnowFest 2026 was the spectacular drone show that truly amazed all our visitors. It beautifully showcased how Science and Technology can come together to create something magical—turning concepts into a visual experience that left everyone in awe

“SciKnowFest is a celebration of curiosity, where children don’t just learn science—they experience it, question it, and bring it to life through their own ideas,” said Dr. Megha Bhatt.

In addition to exhibitions, students led quizzes, science demonstrations, and performances, showcasing leadership and teamwork. Winners were awarded trophies and certificates.

SciKnowFest 2026 reflects SciKnowTech’s continued commitment to nurturing curiosity and shaping future innovators through experiential learning.
