Morari Bapu’s tribute to victims of Indore water contamination

GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD | 05th JANUARY 2026 — Sixteen persons have lost their lives in Indore after consuming contaminated water, while several others have been hospitalised. According to reports, a pipeline leak led to sewage mixing with drinking water in Indore’s Bhagirathpura locality, leading to the deaths and mass hospitalisations.

Noted spiritual leader Morari Bapu, who is conducting his 970th Ramkatha in Bihar’s Lakhisarai, expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss of lives and paid his tributes to the victims. He has dedicated a sum of Rs. 15,000 to the families of the deceased. The total assistance, amounting to Rs. 2,40,000, would be delivered to the bereaved families by Rupesh Vyas, a Ramkatha listener from Indore.

Morari Bapu has offered prayers for the eternal peace of the departed souls and expressed his heartfelt condolences to those who have lost their loved ones.
