Subject: Regarding today’s very big revelation.
Media is the fourth estate of democracy. But when there is no democracy at all, when true democracy has not been implemented at all, those who sacrificed for freedom, those revolutionaries who sacrificed their lives, today is 23rd March, it is Bhagat Singh’s Martyrdom Day, then to make the sacrifice of these revolutionaries meaningful, to implement true freedom and true democracy, today by giving them a true tribute and wanting to make a biggest revelation, we expect every journalist friend, every print electronic media and digital media to reach this revelation to the people through their medium. After independence, the people of India voted for any party, formed the government of any party, but the problems of the public have not been solved. Even after independence, the public is still troubled today by many types of problems like poverty, inflation, unemployment, corruption, black marketing, adulteration, business of education, medical mafia, tyranny of officials, which have been going on since independence, and even today problems like drinking water, irrigation water for farming, good medical treatment. The problems of the public have not been solved. The public is helpless, is forced.
Ticket System: The Root of Slavery The reason for it is only one: Ticket System.
This ticket system is a slavery. And to become free from this slavery, today its remedy is to be reached to the people through the medium of media. Nowhere in the Constitution of India is there a word named party. That is, the one we vote for is not a representative of the public, he is a representative of the party. When the first election was held in 1952, there were no mediums of publicity, no technology, no internet, due to which the beginning of symbol-based elections happened.
People with specific ideologies started by declaring their candidates based on a symbol and then the beginning of forming governments happened in that way after starting to vote on that symbol.
In the initial stage, perhaps all patriotic people went into symbol-based elections in this way, but in the present time and for a long time, for many years, due to this monopoly of political parties in giving tickets, whichever candidate gets elected, or is declared on a ticket, and whom we vote for, after winning that candidate does not work by becoming loyal or responsible to the public. After winning, the public is forced to do rallies, fasts, picketing, and movements for their problems. We used to do the same during the time of the British too. And even today we do the same.
Even though our issues are true, otherwise in a democracy, the public is called the king. In the Constitution, the public is supreme. The public is the owner.
Governments are formed only by the votes of the public, leaders get elected, who otherwise are our servants. And from the public’s tax, meaning the GST and Income Tax and many other types of taxes that the public pays, from that tax, meaning from the note, all leaders, officials get all government benefits including cars, bungalows, all are received from the public’s tax.
But after winning, even if they are not of our caste, the candidate who wins follows only the orders of his own party. For example, at the time of the reservation movement, atrocities happened to the Patidar community, but not a single leader who won because of the Patidar community raised a voice for the community against the party. From this, it is clear that those to whom parties give tickets do not raise a voice for us after winning. Therefore, by abolishing this ticket system, a ‘merit system’ should be started.
Janta Sarkar Movement: 6 Rounds of Selection The main six rounds of this selection competition will be:
- First Round: Any voter having qualifications will be able to register candidacy with 10 supporters. Through a public contact campaign, a video of every voter’s problem will be made and digital registration will be done.
- Second Round: Every 18-A caste/community will get the right to give an opinion about the candidates of their own community and if the candidate is criminal or of bad character, to remove them.
- Third Round: People of all communities will get the opportunity to disqualify candidates by giving evidence about them.
- Fourth Round: Candidates will collect a joint fund and present plans for the solution of public problems.
- Fifth Round: Internal voting of candidates will take place and Top 10 will be declared.
- Sixth Round: Voting will be done by supporters and Top 5 candidates will be declared. These five will become ‘Public’s Candidates’. If political parties do not give them tickets, then the team of Janta Sarkar will enter the field by forming its own party in the 2027 assembly elections. These candidates will take an oath to remain loyal to the public and will take decisions with the consent of the public through digital voting.
Digital Democracy and Responsibility of Officials We will appeal to make a law for digital voting. For the work of every government official (from peon to IAS), the public will be able to give ratings. If there are more than 51% negative votes, then the decisions to transfer, suspend or dismiss that official will be taken based on the digital votes of the public. This will be the beginning of true democracy.
Revelation regarding Arvind Kejriwal and ‘AAP’ I, Manish Brahmbhatt, was the Convener of the Anna Movement Gujarat in 2011. We worked very closely with Arvind Kejriwal. The idea of Aam Aadmi Party was also of Gujarat and was our idea. We had told him that the election itself will have to be given the form of a movement and the law of ‘Swaraj’ will have to be brought. But Arvind Kejriwal turned out to be power-hungry and greedy. Instead of the public’s government, he made ‘Kejriwal’s government’. In 2014, he started giving tickets by taking money. Arvind Kejriwal is the biggest betrayer leader of independent India. He did not implement the law of ‘Swaraj’ even in Punjab. I appeal to the people of Gujarat not
to trust Kejriwal, he is using the youth of Gujarat only to get power. By giving freebies, he has committed treason against the public, whereas the public wanted ‘Swaraj’ and a system according to their own will. For us, neither Arvind Kejriwal nor Aam Aadmi Party is an enemy. We only want to say that death is certain and life is short. Human life is not just to be successful, but to be meaningful. If every person lives for the welfare of others, only then the message of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ of Sanatan culture will be meaningful. Nature teaches us to be complementary to each other. Our objective is not to oppose any party or leader. We want to tell all leaders including Narendrabhai Modi, Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal that when death comes, nothing is going to come along. Therefore, let’s create such a ‘Mother-like Government’ which cares for the public. No one sleeps hungry, no one dies due to lack of medical treatment and no son remains deprived of higher studies due to lack of money.
From Gujarat, so that the true ‘Gujarat Model’ becomes famous in the whole world, we will bring ‘Rule of Care’ through this Janta Sarkar movement in 2027. I am confident that every person, organization and group of Gujarat will support this transparent system with body, mind and wealth.
Bharat Mata Ki Jai.
Vande Mataram.
