Morari Bapu pays emotional tributes to the victims of the Ahmedabad plane crash at the Shri Narmadaba Bhandara organised for saints in memory of Late Narmada Ba.
Talgajarda 13 June 2025: In a solemn gathering held at Talgajarda on Friday, renowned spiritual leader Morari Bapu offered heartfelt tributes to the victims of yesterday’s Ahmedabad plane crash during the bhandara held in memory of his wife Smt. Narmada Ba, who passed away earlier this week. The ceremony was graced by the presence of eminent saints and spiritual leaders from across the country.
Morari Bapu reflected on the profound sorrow caused by the tragic incident and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved families. While honouring the departed souls, he also shared a stirring message on the true nature of sainthood. He stated that cleanliness, purity, joy, freedom, and detachment, together known as Sadhu Panchak, form the foundational virtues of an ideal sadhu.
He said that these five qualities not only define the essence of saintliness but also guide a sadhu to serve not for personal gain, but for the greater good. He emphasised that while society rightly holds saints in high regard, it is also important to acknowledge the quiet endurance and sacrifices that often go unseen.
The event witnessed the gracious presence of many revered saints and spiritual dignitaries, including Satua Baba, Anshu Bapu, Durgadas Bapu, Lalitkishor Maharaj, Jankidas Bapu, Ram Balkadasji Bapu, Nirmala Ba, Nijanandji Swami, Dalpatram Padhiarji, Dayagiri Bapu, Jaydevdasji, Rajendraprasad Shastri, RameshwardasjiHariyani, Bhaktiram Bapu, Ghanshyam Bapu, among others.
The occasion, coordinated by the Chitrakutdham family under the guidance of Morari Bapu, included collective prayers and the distribution of prasad. Out of respect for the plane crash tragedy, all Santvani programs were suspended. Morari Bapu dedicated the entire gathering to the memory of those who lost their lives in the crash.
