CREDAI Ahmedabad to Organise 19th GIHED Property Show on January 3, 4 and 5

More than 250 projects by 50+ developers will be on display at the show

Ahmedabad 01st January 2025: CREDAI Ahmedabad will organise the 19th GIHED Property Show from January 3 to 5, 2025, at Ganesh Grounds in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. The event, the city’s biggest property show, will showcase over 250 properties by more than 50 developers and will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel.

CREDAI Ahmedabad President Dhruv Patel emphasised the property show’s role in the growth of the real estate sector in Ahmedabad by acting as a bridge between developers and customers and offering comprehensive property information at a single venue.

“Ahmedabad has emerged as one of the fastest-growing cities in India and there is a growing demand for housing due to migration. The 19th GIHED Property Show is a unique opportunity for buyers to explore and select their dream property. Developers are very upbeat about the real estate sector and we are confident that the show will attract a large number of potential property buyers and investors,” he said, adding that CREDAI Ahmedabad is committed to elevating the city’s real estate sector and ensuring its holistic development.

The show will feature approximately 250 projects, including residential, commercial, plotting and weekend villas in Ahmedabad and its peripheral areas. The event is expected to generate significant interest and excitement among the public. To ease the home-buying process for prospective buyers, financial institutions will also be part of the event, providing assistance with home loans.

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will inaugurate the property show with Harsh Sanghavi, Minister of State for Home, as the Guest of Honour. CREDAI office bearers, leading real estate developers, and prominent figures from trade and industry will remain present on the occasion.

As part of its commitment to giving back to society, CREDAI Ahmedabad has undertaken the renovation of 51 government schools in Ahmedabad district. Of these, 25 schools have been upgraded, while work is ongoing in other schools and will be completed soon. The virtual inauguration of the completed schools will also be conducted during the event by the Chief Minister.

CREDAI Ahmedabad is developing an Oxygen Park at Nasmed village as part of its environmental conservation measures. Approximately 51,000 trees are planned to be planted, of which 37,000 trees have already been planted.

Moreover, to address the shortage of skilled and trained personnel in the real estate sector, CREDAI Ahmedabad plans to sign an MoU with CEPT University to launch relevant courses. The MoU will be signed in the Chief Minister’s presence.

On the first day of the property show, CREDAI Gujarat has organised GUJCON, featuring 500 developers from across the state. Prominent speakers, including CREDAI National President Boman Irani and Chairman Manoj Gor, will share their insights. The Growth Summit has been organised on January 4 for discussions focused on urban development.

To ensure transparency between buyers and developers, CREDAI encouraged members to follow the RERA area policy in all materials and documentation. With plans in motion for hosting the Olympics and National Games in Ahmedabad, the real estate sector can look forward to significant benefits from national and international visibility and visitors.
